NAB and the Broadcast Education Association will award the Hugh Malcolm Beville Jr. Award to Dr. Thomas Evans, senior vice president of research for ABC Radio Networks.
The award pays tribute to broadcast research pioneer Mal Beville, and is presented in honor of contributions to that field. Evans is also immediate past chairman of the Media Rating Council and is chairman of the Audio Council of the Advertising Research Foundation.
Evans is to receive this year’s award on April 19 during NAB2007.
