Abernathy to Speak at NAB2004

So far, three of five FCC commissioners are committed to appearing at NAB2004.
The latest to confirm is Commissioner Kathleen Abernathy, who will discuss regulatory issues confronting broadcasters during “The Regulatory Face-Off” April 19 in Las Vegas.
Media ownership and broadcasting’s digital transition are among the hot topics on the agenda. Abernathy, a Republican, joins Democratic FCC Commissioners Michael Copps and Jonathan Adelstein on the panel.
