Adelante Media Group Uses Matrix for Analytics

Software aims to increase market managers’ understanding of sales data

Adelante Media Group has implemented Matrix Solutions CRM and sales analytics software. The radio and television company has 22 stations in nine markets and focuses on emerging Hispanic markets.

“The pre-implementation and post-installation work that Matrix delivers makes it clear, they know media,” said Ed Krampf, chief operating officer of Adelante Media Group. “Our adoption has been seamless, and we currently have tremendous visibility into our business activity. Our market managers now have a comprehensive understanding of their sales data and how it rolls-up into the entire enterprise.”

Matrix says that its software is intuitive to use both online and via the mobile app. The system enables Adelante to manage customer relationships as an enterprise or by individual account executive. It also enables customization and production of reports, dashboards and views by specific business — an account, category or media outlet focus.

Matrix also offers an online training module, which is available to customers throughout the contract.
