AEQ Arena Adds More Working Modes

The company says Bus Send mode was developed to facilitate a rapid adjustment for users that usually work with analog consoles, offering direct routing to four busses of output channels.

AEQ says its Arena digital console offers new working modes in addition to Normal mode.

In Normal mode, there are adjustments for input gain, dynamics, equalizers and filters, cue and fader on every channel of the control surface.

The company says Bus Send mode was developed to facilitate a rapid adjustment for users that usually work with analog consoles, offering direct routing to four busses of output channels.

Channel Setup mode is suitable for environments where numerous codecs or telephone hybrids are connected to the mixing console. Each of the input channels has an associated feedback channel, and allows direct adjustment of phase and mono/stereo input mode.

In Multiplex mode, every input channel has by default an associate output channel with integrated talkback. No routing is necessary because Arena generates the mix-minus for every defined multiplex group, according to AEQ.
