Madrid, Spain-based AEQ has recruited a new business development director responsible for the United States and Canada.
The appointee, John Härtzell, will liaise closely with AEQ dealers across the North American continent to promote product lines from the Spanish firm including codecs, consoles and phone hybrids.
Prior to joining AEQ, Härtzell accumulated over 36 years of experience in commercial broadcast operation, radio navigation, large-scale systems design and engineering, project management, commercial and government broadcast sales, including spells as a radio broadcast engineer at Harris Corp., senior technical manager at WR Systems Ltd. and director of international and government sales at Burk Technology.
In his new post, Härtzell will also work closely with customers to provide complete turnkey systems and sales of end-to-end digital audio systems for audio and broadcast applications.
