AES Pushes Attendance Through Retailers

AES organizers said they’ve landed some notable retail names as sponsors for the convention this fall.
It said B&H, Dale Pro Audio, Full Compass, GC Pro, Guitar Center and Sweetwater signed as Official Retail Sponsors.
The organizers said AES is making an “unprecedented marketing effort” to build attendance and will use the mailing lists and promotions activities of those companies to help.
Last year’s show in San Francisco attracted 16,000, which AES said was a record.
