AFTRA Weighs in on Media Ownership Review

Members of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists are urging FCC commissioners to allow for public discourse on any rewrite of media ownership rules.
The commission’s last attempt in 2003 to rewrite the rules “would have resulted in alarming consolidation,” stated AFTRA National Director of Legislative Affairs Thomas Carpenter.
