Members of the Alabama Broadcasters Association are meeting in Hoover, Ala., next week, Aug. 19-20, at the Hyatt regency/Wynfrey Hotel for their annual convention.
The ABA is one of the top state broadcasters and has planned a full slate for their convention. It will include seminars for engineers, technology, regulatory, sales, station management and news production, along with awards, speeches and social events.
For engineers there will be sessions on tower lighting compliance, lightning safety along with a radio and TV technology update.
