Green Valley Broadcasters has sold KGVY(AM) to George Kimble and KGVY LLC.
The price tag was $1.1 million. The station is a 1 kW daytimer airing an adult standards format.
Kimble is a principal in stations in New York state; Green Valley is headed by Lawrence Nelson, who also owns stations in the Chicago market.
Kozacko Media Services brokered the deal.
