You’ve got Bob and Jack and George, why not Jayne?

You’ve got Bob and Jack and George, why not Jayne?

That’s the name of a new format for adult women from Jones Radio Networks.

The creators of the format are at Marshall Arts Communications. It targets women 25-49. It was developed by Robin Marshall and Tony Florentino, consulted by Mike McVay of McVay Media. The programmers call it “familiar hit music and witty, attitude-driven imaging.”

The format can be offered “jockless” or integrated with an affiliate’s on-air lineup. Examples of artists to be featured: Madonna, Elton John, Matchbox 20, John Mayer, Sheryl Crow, Green Day, Rod Stewart, Mariah Carey, U2, Prince and Alanis Morissette.
