... and Journal Plans New Plant in Tucson

Also in Tucson, Journal Broadcasting has begun planning on a $2.8 million facility project. New studios and an office building will go up, with a move-in date in late 2006, engineering VP Andy Laird told RW Online.
It will be home to radio stations KMXZ, KZPT, KGMG and KFFN. Allen Sherrill will oversee the project locally. Logitek and Scott Studios products are planned as central hardware.
“Phase one feasibility studies are complete but design work won’t begin until we finish the due diligence on the land acquisition,” Laird said.
