Anton Guitano has been named senior executive vice president of finance and operations and chief financial officer of CBS Radio.
He most recently served as executive vice president of operations and CFO of the CBS Television Stations Group.
Guitano succeeds Walter Berger, who will remain with CBS Radio working on special projects.
