APT appointed Mark Weir to its senior management team as financial director.
He most recently served as finance director of shipping agent Motis Ireland Ltd. Prior to that he was vice president of finance at UPU Industries, and financial controller at both UTA Enterprise Solutions and Cellularfones Ltd.
