Audience research firm Arbitron said that its chief financial officer, Richard Surratt, will leave the company for personal reasons.
Surratt will continue as chief financial officer through May 11 and remain as an employee of the company through June 8.
EVP/COO Sean Creamer will assume the CFO duties on an interim basis following Surratt’s resignation. Creamer was EVP/CFO for Arbitron from November 2005 to February 2011. He was named Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in August 2011.
An executive search firm, Crist|Kolder Associates, will look for a new CFO for Abritron.
