Al Tupek, former chief of the U.S. Census Bureau’s Demographic Statistical Methods Division, has joined Arbitron. He will serve as the company’s chief statistical officer.
Tupek had been chief of the Demographic Statistical Methods Division and chair of the Methodology and Standards Council at the Census Bureau.
