Clear Channel Radio has promoted Evan Armstrong to VP and market manager for the Waco, Texas cluster. He was director of sales for Clear Channel Radio in Waco. Armstrong will replace Michael Oppenheimer as Market Manager, the latter is now VP and market manager for Clear Channel Radio’s Tulsa market.
