Audio Technologies Inc. identified another new product it will show at NAB next week.
The DM500 is a digital audio monitor and a D to A converter in a portable package. The company said features include 96 kHz digital inputs, ample headphone monitor amplifier, a weather-protected carrying case and alternate mounting configurations.
Features also include XLR, BNC and RCA inputs; display of sample rates and digital errors; calibrated digital level meter showing headroom; reading of analog level; and balanced analog line output.
The product’s branding gives insight into how ATI, which is part of DaySequerra but will have its own booth at this show, will market its products in the future.
“Designed by DaySequerra in conjunction with ATI engineers, the DM500 bears the ATI Digital Audio logo signaling top performance,” it stated.
The product comes with a battery clip and portable carry case with shoulder strap and weather protection. Models are available for desktop or rack mounting. The unit accepts external AC power supplies for 24/7 operation. It will ship in May.
