Attorney Offers Online Advice for Christian Stations

Christian broadcasters with questions about what a not-for-profit station can and cannot do on the air, or those who need help with FCC or IRS rules, will be able to chat online with Christian Music Broadcaster attorney Frank Sommerville on Tuesday, Dec. 16. He is available to interact with CMB members to answer legal questions.
The organization said this is an opportunity to ask questions of a lawyer who specializes in non-profit regulations.
