After two days of bidding for 171 FM construction permits, new bids on day two reached 353 with total net bids at $10.3 million, according to the commission. The highest bids so far were James McDaniel for about $1.2 million for a CP in Indian Wells, Calif. and Horton Broadcasting with a bid of about $1.3 million for a CP in Satellite Beach, Fla. Bidding took a break for the Martin Luther King federal holiday and resumes Tuesday.
