HD Radio is leaving its mark in more product niches.
Audemat-Aztec has released a list of recent buyers of its Goldeneagle HD Monitor, which was introduced this spring. The company had taken orders from Clear Channel last winter and Regent Communications in the spring; a burst of recent activity ensued after the product was certified by Ibiquity last month.
Recent orders came from Bonneville operations in Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Washington, Chicago, St. Louis and Phoenix; Howard University in Washington; Greater Media stations in Boston and Monmouth, N.J.; Infinity in Denver; Saga Communications stations in Milwaukee and South Portland, Maine; Susquehanna in Cincinnati and Dallas; Univision in Miami and Chicago; the University of Tennessee; and WRR in Dallas.
Sold earlier were 72 units for various Clear Channel clusters; and units for Regent operations in Albany, Grand Rapids, El Paso, Lafayette, La., Ft. Collins, Colo., and Flint, Mich.
Total sold to date is 156 units, the company said.
