Audio Precision Names Board Members

Saying it wants to expand its international perspective, test and measurement supplier Audio Precision Inc. appointed two new members to its board, Hisao Shimizu, a sales manager with TOYO Corp. of Japan, and Rudi Heijnen, CEO of Henyen in the Netherlands. The company calls them influential industry experts in Asia and Europe.
Audio Precision Chairman Bruce Hofer made the announcement. Hofer, one of the founders of the company, regained a majority share in the firm this summer.
