Auralex Acoustics has added to its leadership team, according to Founder and President Eric Smith, who said the changes were part of the company’s global expansion.
Mark Henderson has been appointed CEO. Prior to joining Auralex, Henderson worked at Dow AgroSciences. He also served as executive director of the Indiana Soybean Alliance and Indiana Corn Marketing Council.
Dave Brune has been selected for director of sales. He has two decades of sales management and business development experience with global manufacturers, including Sony DADC, Maxell Professional Media, Thomson Consumer Electronics, and Ampex Recording Media Corp.
Andy Symons has been named director of operations. Symons has 20 years of experience in operations and management, and three decades’ experience in the pro audio and music industries. He began his career as a staff engineer and later chief engineer and vice president, at TRC Recording Studios. He later joined World Media Group as mastering engineer, then plant manager and vice president of operations. He then served as studio manager and marketing director for The Lodge Recording Studios.
