The version 4.0 upgrade of Axia PathfinderPC routing control software for IP-Audio networks allows for the construction of custom audio routing applications able to switch routes automatically at specified times in response to preprogrammed events or by manual command.
New features of PathfinderPC v. 4.0 include increased speed and scalability, and a “Stacking Events” editor that eliminates time-consuming script writing.
With the upgrade, it is also possible to create routing “scenes” using Boolean logic to respond automatically to specified events. It also enables full control of VMIX virtual mixer functionality in Axia Element consoles.
New routing pop-up displays include complete host and Axia channel number information, as well as expanded support for the construction of PathfinderPC clusters for automated backup. New bridge applications help serial port controllers work with redundant servers.
