Axia Offers White Paper on IP Audio

Axia has released an applications paper by Vice President Marty Sacks, titled “IP-Audio: It’s Not Just For Consoles Anymore.”
The eight-page white paper discusses ways that broadcasters are using IP audio, including uncompressed Ethernet STL applications, audio transmission via fiber between non-adjacent buildings, using Ethernet to turn any PC into an audio monitoring station, and scalable, redundant routing switcher applications.
