AZCAR Names Gavin Schutz EVP of New Division

AZCAR Technologies appointed Gavin Schutz executive vice president of AZCAR Media Strategies, a new division.

He had been executive vice president and CTO of Ascent Media Group and was a founder of Four Media Co.
