AZCAR Technologies appointed Greg Hoskin to the position of managing director of Megahertz Broadcast Systems, its U.K.-based subsidiary.
He recently served as vice president, sales and operations, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for Omneon Video Networks.
