The 30-day demo is an offering of Backbone Networks Corp. The demo permits users to create their own radio programs, consisting of a mix of prerecorded clips and live audio, and serve up to 250 simultaneous listeners.
Backbone Radio Basic is an entry-level product in a line of radio production and streaming applications using Macintosh computers. Its ProPlus version uses a combination of Mac production with Linux streaming software and Beowulf clustering technology.
