OMT Inc. named Murray Bamforth to its board to replace Laurie Goldberg.
Bamforth has a background as a senior financial executive, CFO and external auditor. He heads his own management consulting practice. He has worked for Manitoba Telecom Services Inc., Bell West Inc. and Allstream Inc.
Laurie Goldberg joined the board in 2005 but the company said he had to resign due to his other business activities, including a CEO appointment.
OMT is a Canadian company and parent of iMediaTouch, a radio broadcast systems provider.
