Broadcast Electronics named Bob Demuth as sales manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Demuth was an executive with Beasley and worked in radio network technical operations for Westwood One. He also has done engineering consulting work. BE said Demuth has done major installations and project management for the company in that territory on a contract basis in the basis.
Demuth will report to Tom Beck, BE’s director, sales and RF product management. He is filling an open position; the most recent manager was John Macdonald.
BE President/CEO Joseph Roark commended Demuth’s “unique and significant experience in the specification, purchase and installation of studio installations.”
