Broadcast Electronics Inc. has promoted Paul Jackson to manager, Studio Systems Customer Service. In this capacity, he will manage Broadcast Electronics’ Digital Customer Service team. He will also work on the development and implementation of new training technologies, strategies, and strengthening the partnership BE has worked to build with existing and new customers.
For the past 5 years, Jackson has served as a field service engineer and AV University instructor in digital customer service department.
Jackson has 17 years of radio experience including on-air and programming positions.
