On RW’s Who’s Buying What page: Broadcast Electronics said Findlay Publishing ordered an AudioVault digital audio system that will connect seven stations in two states. The group will upgrade AV100s to a Vault2 open-architecture platform at two stations in Findlay, Ohio, four in Columbus, Ind. and one in Batesville, Ind.
The project begins in September at WFIN(AM) and WKXA(FM) and subsequently involves WCSI(AM) as well as FM stations WKKG, WINN, and WWWY and WRBI.
The stations will be tied together by AudioVault workstations and communicate over a dedicated Virtual Private Network.
