Janice McDuff
Beasley Media Group Inc. has hired Janice McDuff as vice president of finance, filling the vacancy left by VP of Finance Marie Tedesco, who will transition into her new role as chief financial officer in January. The company has also named Jami Beasley, Esq., to serve as associate general counsel.
McDuff most recently served as a corporate controller at HKS Inc, in Dallas and as director of finance at OOCL Inc. in Salt Lake City.
“Janice’s background provides an ideal match for this corporate position and Beasley will benefit greatly from her two decades of impressive accomplishments,” said Tedesco.
Jami Beasley’s professional background includes working as partner in Kopelowitz Ostrow P.A.’s Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., office, where she focused on commercial and complex litigation, as well as her previous experience in real estate litigation.
“Jami’s experience will greatly enhance the legal department, and I will rely on her talent and skills as we move forward in our dynamic, growing company,” said General Counsel Joyce Fitch.
Beasley is now based at corporate headquarters in Naples, Fla.
