Beasley Ups Camille to APD for WPEN

Boston’s Brody announces retirement plans

Beasley Media Group has upped Eric Camille to assistant program director of WPEN(FM) in Philadelphia.

Camille joined 97.5 “The Fanatic” in 2009 and most recently served as an executive producer.

Also, Beasley Boston says sales professional Richard Brody will retire from WROR(FM) on Oct. 26 after 45 years in radio.

During his career, Brody worked for WBLM(FM) of Portland, Maine; WCAS(AM) of Cambridge, Mass.; and sales at WCOZ(FM), WBCN(FM), WVBF(AM), WXKS(FM), WWBX(FM), WZLXF(M), WBZ(FM) and most recently at WROR(FM).

WROR(FM) General Sales Manager Jesse Carbone said, “Throughout his career, Rich not only sold the stations for which he worked but he also championed the medium with unmatched passion. The radio industry will not be the same without him.”

Prior to his radio sales career, he worked as a concert promoter from 1976–1983 and also “dabbled in acting” according to the announcement.

Beasley Media Group is a subsidiary of Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc., which owns and operates 64 stations in 15 U.S. markets.
