Belden Electronics is adding to its Brilliance line; it will show Multi-media Touch Panel Control cables at NAB next month. These are composite data/power cables for analog or digital system controllers, suitable for building management uses. Applications include PC, A/V and Internet integration, remote monitoring and control, equipment self-monitoring and maintenance alert; A/V system pre-programming; home entertainment systems; ambient lighting/window shade automation; lighting system controllers; and energy, environmental and climate control programming.
