A new ripper and music prep program from TuneTracker Systems is based on the BeOS operating system. It aims to make ripping and preparing music for broadcast a one-step task.
TunePrepper rips songs from CDs and looks them up online in a CD database. It normalizes the cuts, removes silence from the front and back of each cut and encodes them to various formats including MP3 and Ogg Vorbis. It copies the CD database information to its corresponding file attributes and stores them in the desired location with one mouse click. Info: www.tunetrackersystems.com.
