BIA Fund Invests in Texas Tower Firm

BIA Digital Partners LP is investing in a Texas tower company.
The company said it is providing $5.7 million in subordinated debt with warrants to fund growth at Towers of Texas Inc. in Sandia, which owns communications towers.
“The investment facilitated the creation of a new $20 million senior debt facility, which together with the mezzanine investment by BIA Digital Partners, provides significant capital for growth,” BIA stated.
Towers of Texas was founded by Blackstone Dilworth and owns 104 towers. BIA Digital Partners is an $88 million private investment fund that focuses on mid- to later-stage companies in media and telecom industries.
