Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Memphis, which owns and operates KJMS(FM), WHRK(FM), WHAL(FM) and WDIA(AM), has tapped Morgan Bohannon as its new market manager, effective immediately.
Formerly the director of sales at Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Greenville, S.C., Bohannon’s new position will mark a coming home of sorts for the Clear Channel veteran, who started his early career in the Memphis market.
He has more than a quarter of a century experience in radio, and has held sales and marketing leadership positions in Charlotte, N.C. and Greensboro, N.C.
Bohannon will be responsible for strategies, programming and sales initiatives, and will oversee all station activities and events.
