The Public Radio Association of Development Officers awarded its development professional of the year award to Hy Kloc of Boise State Radio.
The PRADO award is given to a person who has demonstrated excellence at his or her public radio station.
A six-year veteran of Boise State Radio, Kloc is the station’s associate general manager and director of development and marketing. Kloc’s citation was announced at the recent Public Radio Development and Marketing Conference, hosted by the Development Exchange, in Reno, Nev.
PRADO is a membership organization for those working in public radio development.
