Westwood said Chuck Bortnick is resigning as COO to become VP/GM Manager of big sports outlet WFAN(AM) in New York.
Bortnick is also former president and COO of Metro Networks, which merged with Westwood One in 1999. The company said he led the integration of the two competing traffic organizations, Metro and the Shadow Broadcasting division of Westwood One.
WFAN is a CBS Radio station, which manages Westwood One.
