Boston Acoustics Introduces IBOC Radio

Boston Acoustics introduces the Recepter Radio HD at the NAB Radio Show. This is one of the first home receivers available for HD Radio. Ibiquity President Robert Struble says with this unit, “consumers will have their first opportunity to use digital radio at home and at work.”
The Recepter Radio HD employs patented BassTrac circuitry to deliver bass performance and an advanced tuner to pull in weak FM signals, according to Boston Acoustics.
The radio is expected to ship to retailers this spring.
