The Christmas/New Year’s holiday complex has many traditions. One of them is college football bowl games.
Programming syndicator Premiere Networks has released its lineup for the upcoming bowl season.
Leading off will be the Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl from Atlanta on Dec. 19, starting at noon ET. Alcorn St. (Mississippi) will play North Carolina A&T.
On Christmas Eve is the Popeye’s Bahamas Bowl from Nassau in the Bahamas, starting at noon ET. Middle Tennessee and Western Michigan are the teams enjoying the beach.
The day after Christmas will see the Zaxby’s Heart of Dallas Bowl from Dallas, starting at 2 p.m. ET. The University of Washington will be playing Southern Mississippi.
And Dec. 29 will find Cal playing Air Force in the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl in Ft. Worth, Texas. Kickoff is 2 p.m. ET.
