Brinks Appointed GM, Journal Broadcast, Tucson

Journal Broadcast Group named Julie Brinks vice president and general manager of its Tucson radio operations.

She replaces Diane Frisch, and continues in her current role as vice president and general manager of KGUN(TV), Tucson.
