Broadcast Bionics named BSW a dealer for its PhoneBox Solo broadcast telephone system.
The system earned a “Cool Stuff” Award from Radio World last spring; see CoolCast booth demo.
BSW’s Steve Kawasaki called the product “terrific technology for talk-show caller management for stations considering VoIP business phone service, as well as traditional analog service.”
Solo is a PC-based phone system that replaces a hybrid, call director control panel, call screener with database and the phone editor in a conventional system. It is software, which the company says enables it to offer features such as integrated call recording and editing, and caller history.
