Broadcast Certification Program Launched

The Altacert Institute launched a Broadcast Professional Certification Program, designed by and for broadcast professionals.
Forty no-cost tests are available online, representing most radio and television broadcast occupations. The program was developed for several reasons: to allow broadcast pros to demonstrate their knowledge and competency in radio and TV occupations and enhance their resumes; for the use of broadcast employers and personnel managers to have tests they can administer to help evaluate the theoretical and practical knowledge of job candidates; and for individuals with an interest in entering the profession to benefit by passing one or more of the online tests and gaining an edge over other competing applicants without broadcast related studies or documents.
