Broadcasters Recruiting at NAB Show Career Fair

NABEF President Marcellus Alexander calls it the largest broadcast job fair in the country.

The NAB Education Foundation will host its Career Day at the Hilton Hotel next Wednesday during the NAB Show in Las Vegas.

Sixty companies taking part will include Bonneville International, Emmis Communications, Edge Technology, Univision and CBS. The job opportunities will cover openings and internships available in accounting, sales, news, production and engineering. The fair also features a panel session, where job seekers will learn the tools necessary for career advancement in broadcasting.

The fair is held in conjunction with the Broadcast Education Association and the Radio-Television News Directors Association annual conventions.

The career fair is part of NABEF’s commitment to promoting diversity in the broadcast workplace. Admission is open to both registrants and nonregistrants of the NAB Show. For more information, visit the NABEF Web site.
