Buckley Radio, owner of a dozen radio stations, has signed on with TuneIn, the Internet radio stream portal.
Director of Interactive for Buckley’s WOR Radio Jared Lapin said in the announcement that the company was attracted by the supplier’s app, vehicle and device integration strategy.
TuneIn says it provides access to 50,000 radio stations. It is available via Internet or iOS, Android, BlackBerry, Palm, Samsung Bada and Windows Phone mobile platforms.
Buckley Radio has a bicoastal station map with stations in New York, Connecticut and California.
