Burk Shipping Update for Web Interface Firmware

Burk Technology is shipping firmware version 2.0 with its Web Interface products, which work with the GSC3000, VRC2500 and ARC-16 broadcast facility control systems. The company says customers can expect faster performance and better connection quality from the new firmware.
Version 2.0 replaces earlier versions, and began shipping in production units last month. Customers with existing units who have not yet received their free upgrade can send e-mail to support@burk.com for more information.
The GSC/VRC Web Interface and the ARC-16 Web Interface provide Web-based access to remote site conditions. They also allow operators to use system software over TCP/IP, reducing dependency on serial connectors.
