Business TalkRadio to Air 2003 American Business Awards

Business TalkRadio, a nationwide radio network of business and financial programming, will broadcast the first annual American Business Awards in April 2003.
The awards, nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” are the first national, all-encompassing business awards program to honor performance in the workplace. According to Jeff Weber, executive vice president of Business TalkRadio, “Business is not just about stock prices. It’s about the people behind the scenes who make products and services and accomplish terrific things in the work place everyday.” These people are often not recognized for their efforts.
Nominations are currently being accepted in more than 40 categories, including Best Executive, Best Sales Team, Best Marketer and Most Innovative Company.
