Buyout in Verification Country: AirCheck Acquires Media Monitors

One broadcast verification company is buying another.
AirCheck LLC said it is acquiring Media Monitors Inc. The buyer said the move will enhance its presence in the spot and song monitoring services industry.
The owners of Media Monitor, John and Anita Selig, become AirCheck employees.
MMI retains its name and becomes a division of AirCheck, which itself is a subsidiary of RCS Inc., the company that makes Selector music scheduling software and other products.
