Cesar Canales is the new vice president and general manager for Univision Radio’s Dallas cluster. He will report to Univision Radio President Jose Valle.
Canales recently was in charge of radio programming and operations in Chicago along with programming strategies for the Central Region. According to a release he also oversaw the Creative Solutions Department for Univision Radio’s local, national and network sales.
He has also worked as programming director for KHOT(FM) in Phoenix and worked for Univision’s predecessor, the Hispanic Broadcasting Co. in Houston.
